What Was Done
Developed an Advertising Strategy
Previously, the main traffic and source of new leads came from SEO, but the previous company could not keep on track, so the CEO decided to add a new channel of traffic- Facebook. Our task was to compensate for this lost traffic using Facebook Ads as effectively as possible. We devised a media plan and tested several hypotheses on audience segmentation, including first time home buyers, nearby office workers, and LAL.
Segmented Audiences and Created Targeted Ads
We categorized ad campaigns by target audience segments. Each segment was approached differently, with unique copywriting and ad layouts.
Analyzed and Optimized the Ads
We monitored ad effectiveness using both Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics. Each ad featured unique links with UTM tags to identify which were most successful in terms of generating leads.
Created a Communication Strategy
For structural project management, we maintain a detailed spreadsheet that offers the client a comprehensive view of all project facets, including promotion strategies, technical settings, ad texts, and creatives. This transparency allows the client to easily understand the ongoing adjustments to their advertising campaigns.
Continuous Monitoring of Visitor Behavior on Landing Pages
